Operating:

1. Before starting the Cement Spraying Machine, add clean water to the hopper, and adjust the speed to medium and high speed, in order to achieve the effect of running wet pipes, only running for a short time, and then drain the clean water.

2. Put the well-stirred materials into the hopper, and then lock the pipes and nozzles with the jetting outlet of the main engine.

3. Before starting the spray, first inflate the phoenix pump to a pressure of 8kg (matching the phoenix pump machine 0.26-0.36m) and then connect the nozzle.

 4. Turn on the power, align the muzzle of the gun with the hopper, adjust the air pressure and speed to achieve the ideal atomization state, and stop the air without stopping.

 5. When the debugging is accurate, immediately move the nozzle and nozzle to the construction site for work.

Grouting Construction Method

1. Determine the leaking position of the expansion joint.

2. Punch grouting holes from the leaking position of the expansion joint. The left and right sides of the expansion joint can be inclined at an angle of 45 degrees at 5-10CM (the angle can be adjusted according to the thickness of the wall) and can be drilled into the expansion joint hole. The general hole spacing is 50CM— 100CM.

3. Insert the cement mortar needle into the drilled hole and fix it tightly.

4. Determine the grouting pressure and grouting amount according to the specific situation of the leakage position of the expansion joint. Use the TY-700 cement mortar grouting machine to pour the cement mortar material (the particles of the mortar material shall not be smaller than 20 mesh) into the expansion joint. When the cement mortar appears in the surrounding expansion joint, move it to another hole and grout under the specified pressure until expansion and contraction. until the seam is completely filled, then close the valve.

5. Check that the cement mortar of the expansion joint is completely solidified, remove the cement mortar needle and seal the hole with quick-drying cement and apply TY-200 waterproof coating.
