Description of Acting Hydraulic Cylinder Jack
Acting Double Acting Hydraulic Cylinder Jack has the characteristics of large output force, lightweight, and long-distance operation. The electro-hydraulic jack is equipped with the ultra-high pressure oil pump station of our factory, which can realize various forms of operations such as jacking, pushing, pulling, and extrusion. The electro-hydraulic jack is widely used in Transportation, railways, bridges, shipbuilding, and other industries have been widely used in foundation settlement tests and static piles in recent years.
How to use the acting jack?
1. If the amount of oil in the pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to add working oil (10# engine oil) to the pump before it can work.
2. Estimate the lifting capacity and avoid overloading.
3. Determine the center of gravity of the lifting object and select the point of jacking force. At the same time, it must be considered whether the ground is soft or hard and whether it is padded with tough wood to avoid the danger of dumping when lifting.
4. After the jack lifts the heavy object, the heavy object should be supported firmly with tough wood in time. It is forbidden to use the jack as a support to avoid the unbalanced load and the danger of dumping.
5. When using, first connect the quick joint of the manual pump with the top, then select the position, and tighten the oil drain screw on the oil pump to start working. Loosen the oil drain screw and unload the oil cylinder.

Features
1. Extra Flat hydraulic cylinders in high pressure. Pushing force from 5 to 600 tons with a stroke range from 6.35 mm to 160 mm. Extremely flat, and compact for use where other cylinders will not fit, suitable for lifting and pushing operations. Operating pressure 630 bar.
2. Guide surfaces are sized to guarantee optimal performance in absorbing the offset load and the end stroke ring increases safety for the operator by avoiding the extra stroke of the piston.
3. Hydraulic jacks are equipped with high-strength gaskets for maximum durability up to 60° C, upon request, it is possible to equip the cylinder with gaskets resistant to high temperatures up to 200° C. Furthermore, the presence of the wiper prevents contamination from impurities present in the environment of use.
4. Sectors of use: steel mills, energy, industry, infrastructure, engineering and testing, mining, shipbuilding, offshore, oil & gas, and transport.
5. All models can be connected to different drive units such as hand pumps or electric, air, and petrol pumps. A wide range of accessories such as hoses, valves, and pressure gauges are available for the composition of the desired hydraulic circuit.
