Working principle

The prestressed hydraulic jack adopts a moving cylinder structure, which has the performance of continuous follow-up and repeated tension. During the tensioning process, the jack piston and support sleeve constitute a "non-moving object", while the cylinder block, tie rod, and anchor cup constitutes a "moving object". When the "moving body" moves outward relative to the "non-moving object", the tool clip automatically clamps the prestressed rib for tensioning, after reaching the required prestressing value (1) for top compression and tension, the top presser advances the clip is anchored: (2) In the case of limit tension, the clip will be self-anchored with the retraction of the steel strand. Then the movement is reset, the jack clip would be loosened, and the tensioning process is completed.
