How to Operate
1. Jacking operation: The jacking height of the jack should not exceed the effective jacking distance. When lifting large objects, the two ends should be lifted and lowered separately, one end should be raised and lowered, and the other end must be padded, padded, and stabilized. The jack is not allowed to be overloaded.
2. The foundation of the jack. The foundation of the jack should be stable, solid, and reliable. When setting the jack on the bottom surface, it should be padded with wood or other appropriate materials to expand the force-bearing area.
3. The placement of the jack. When placing the jack on the soft ground, a wooden block should be placed under the jack to prevent it from tilting after being freed from the force. When the weight rises, support skids should be placed under the weight at any time, but the hands should not stray into the danger zone.

Structural features
A. The tensioning cylinder and the return cylinder are double-sealed, which improves the sealing reliability. Key connections are used between the small cylinder and the second cylinder, the small cylinder and the rear end cover, and the small cylinder and the tool ring to prevent rotation. Both are sealed with a Gray ring or Sterling ring, and the seal is reliable.
B. The second cylinder and the piston head are designed in an integral form, which avoids the possibility of failure due to the welding of the two bodies or the connection of the two bodies with threads. Increased processing technology difficulty, but improved reliability.
C. The improved design of the wear-resistant ring and wear-resistant sleeve avoids the possibility of the assembled type coming out under force and improves product reliability.
D. All important stress-bearing parts are made of high-quality alloy structures or tool steel to improve hardness and strength.
Precautions for use:
1. When using, the operating procedures must be strictly followed.
2. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the stroke or replace parts without load.
3. After the work is completed, the remaining oil in the pump must be drained.
4. Dry running is not allowed.
5. It is not allowed to start with the load.
6. If abnormal phenomena are found during work, stop the machine immediately for an inspection.
7. It is not allowed to use liquids other than those specified as the working medium.
