Production Description
The prestressed anchorage system has built-in tool anchors, which effectively save the space required for jack tensioning and reduce the length of prestressed steel bars. It has compact structure, good sealing performance, saving prestressed reinforcement materials and fast installation features, especially suitable for road, railway dyeing yard, narrow space of prestressed tension construction. At present, anchors can be tensioned in a group of fixtures with 30 holes or less.

Preparation for the procedure:
-
In order to ensure the accuracy of tensioning result, the stressing jack should be matched with an oil pump.
1.oil pump work together with Stressing Jacks for Bridge post-tensioning.
2. Recommend 32 #hydraulic oil in winter and 46 # hydraulic oil in summer, when it is used in special circumstances, please adjust to using a suitable type of oil.
3. When installing the oil pipe, the interface part should be cleaned. Strictly prevent sand or dust from entering the jack and disassemble it as much as possible.
