Construction conditions

1. Must have a water source.

2. The construction site should be safe, level ground, and an e-safety net is also needed.

3. Material is transported to the construction site to avoid stacking in damp areas.

4. Connect the transfer hose, duct, water pipe, and power cord.

Operating procedures:

1. Before starting the machine, add a small amount of washing powder and water feed hopper, then the machine and the conveying hose spiral mercury water to wet the conveying hose, and then gradually discharge the water in the rear tube from the outlet. The drainage should be clean and no residual water should remain in the pipe.

2. Tied the duct and the mortar tube side by side. The row connects the duct to the quick connector of the gun.

3. Turn on the power, do, first put the stirred material in the hopper, press the forward button to start, and the screw pump will start working. If the steering is reversed, press the stop button to stop. Adjust the power supply and reverse the beginning, change the steering, if the reverse direction is inconvenient, do not discharge. When working, combined with adjusting the air volume, the spray effect can be optimally atomized.

4. Adjustable speed screw pump, its output flow rate is 0-8 liters/min. In operation, if the flow rate is too large, the shunt tube switch under the bucket can be opened, and the shunt can be adjusted. The output speed suitable for the construction hopper must be continuously added with materials and can be used together with the paint mixer, the effect will be better.

6. Before the end of the spraying work, after the remaining material in the hopper is sprayed, the air pump is turned off and the machine is stopped.

7. Remove the gun and disassemble the parts then clean them one by one. Inject water into the hopper and turn on the pump to clean the water. Allow the nozzle to flow out of the clear water.

Maintenance adjustment:

1. Each time the pump core is cleaned, a small amount of lubricating oil/washing detergent must be added to prevent rust. The purpose is to protect the rotating core from rust and to start smoothly after the next use.

2. When the machine is working, the electric box door must be closed and locked to prevent dust and moisture from entering and damaging the machine components.

3. The housing must be refueled before and after work, every day, and the gearbox oil is often checked.

4. Before moving the machine to the construction site, the power cord must be unplugged regardless of distance.

5. When cleaning the machine, the electric box can only be wiped and not rinsed.

Precautions for safety

1. Protective equipment such as glove masks goggles and helmets must be worn at the construction site.

2. Before the construction, add tap water and the appropriate amount of washing powder or detergent to the hopper. Turn on the machine for 1-3 minutes to make the pipe wet and smooth. The slurry in the pipe is more fluid. Remember not to use pure tap water to protect the transfer. The core will not rust and will start smoothly after the next use.

3. When the machine is working, the electric box door must be closed and locked to prevent dust and moisture from intruding and damaging the machine components.

4. Before and after work, the bearing housing must be refueled and the gearbox oil should be checked frequently.

5. When moving the machine at the construction site, the power cord must be unplugged regardless of distance.

6. The machine and pipeline should be cleaned in time after construction. When cleaning the machine, the electric box can only be wiped and not rinsed.
