Pz-type dry Mixed concrete shotcrete machine is a new type of high-efficiency shotcrete machine, which is mainly used for mixed spraying of wet concrete. Therefore, the dust is small, the rebound is small, the concrete homogeneity is good, and the strength is high. The machine has the characteristics of reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, and long service life. Widely used in mines, tunnels, culverts, subways, hydropower projects, underground projects, and shotcrete construction operations in coal mines.

The mixed dry machine is fed into the shotcrete machine from the discharge port of the batching mixer (or manual mixing and feeding) through the vibrating screen. It is injected into the rotor assembly by the dialer. In the material cavity, the rotor body of the material cavity rotates to the discharge port, where compressed air is introduced from the air circuit system, and the material is blown into the discharge elbow and introduced into another extension by the cyclone, in the form of a multi-head swirl flow. The material is blown away, accelerated, rotated, and floated, enters the conveying hose, reaches the nozzle, adds an appropriate amount of extra water, and then sprays onto the sprayed surface.

1. At the beginning of using the Dry-mix Shotcrete Machine, the motor should be started with compressed air first, and then water and materials should be supplied. In the end, the material should be stopped first. After the material is used up, the motor should be stopped, and then the water source and air source should be cut off.

2. Pay attention to the change of the pointer of the pressure gauge at any time, and the pressure value should be controlled at the appropriate technical value.

3. Adjust the water valve at any time to maintain a suitable water-cement ratio. When the water-cement ratio is appropriate, the surface of the new spray layer will be smooth, moist, and glossy, with good compactness, less rebound, and no dry spots or slippage. If the surface of the spray layer has the shape of dry bean dregs, large rebound, and a lot of dust, it indicates that there is less water; if the surface spray layer slips and flows, the water is large, and it should be removed and sprayed in time.

4. If the wind, water, and power failures are suddenly stopped during construction and the operation cannot be continued, the mixing materials in the shotcrete machine and the conveying pipe should be cleaned up in time.

5. Appropriately control the charging amount. During the operation, a sufficient amount of material should be ensured in the hopper. Such as, the material should be continuous and uniform to prevent the occurrence of reverse wind, blocked pipelines, and uneven and discontinuous injection.

6. In the spraying operation, if the pipe is blocked or the wind or power is suddenly stopped, the water valve should be closed immediately, and the nozzle should be placed downward to prevent the water from flowing back into the conveying pipe.

7. Before the Dry-mix Shotcrete Machine operation, the nozzle should be disassembled for inspection. After the end, it should be washed with water in time to make the water eye and water ring clean and unobstructed. The nozzles and pipeline joints should be kept tightly connected, with no air leakage or water leakage.
