Third, every 8 hours of the shotcrete machine needs to be shut down for maintenance and repair, to ensure that the spray rotating boom is running normally;
Fourth, each time the stoppage time exceeds 10 minutes, the spray gun and the slurry pipe should be cleaned in time. The spray gun should be used for disassembly, cleaning, installation and commissioning in strict accordance with the instructions to maintain the excellent spray performance of the spray gun.
Fifth, clean the dust exhaust blades and air ducts regularly, keep the dust exhausted smoothly; clean the spray chamber once a month; remove the paint on the conveyor belt in time to adjust the tightness of the conveyor belt.
Sixth, regularly clean the dust on the main box, ventilation cover, power supply and other devices, keep the heat dissipation good, the components work normally; keep the photoelectric grid glass clean to ensure accurate and reliable photoelectric detection. The CVT oil is replaced every six months, and each class is lubricated with lubrication.
