The YDT series vertical, pedestal type jacks are primarily used for the jacking and building of pretension prestressed steel bar or box culvert.The pedestal jack is a conventional hydraulic jack.In the production of pre-tensioning prestressed concrete members, jack and pedestal, beam, etc., can be tensioned thick reinforcement, groups of steel wire, or steel strand; in the production of post-tensioning prestressed concrete members, jack and tension frame can be used to stretch the thick reinforcement.It can also be used to lay underground cables, water pipes, and cross-pipe jacking.
This Hydraulic Pushing Jack for Prestressed Construction is suitable for bridge jacking, production replacement, and horizontal displacement correction.
YDT series Hydraulic Pushing Jack are mostly used for pre-stressing construction works using the tensioning force method, such as bench tensioning tendons or box culverts, neck pushing, lifting, and bridge support replacement.
