Disassemble and maintenance of cement mortar pump, I believe you definitely want to know, now we will take you into the world of mortar pumps.
(1) Disassembly of cement mortar pump:
1) The disassembly and assembly of the shaft seal part packing shaft should be carried out according to the assembly drawing. In order to ensure the sealing effect of the packing shaft seal, it should be cut according to the shape of the packing opening as much as possible. When loading the packing box, the opening of the adjacent packing should be staggered. Loaded at 108 degrees.
2) Disassembly of the pump head part The disassembly and assembly and clearance adjustment of the pump head part should be carried out according to the assembly drawing. The impeller, jacket, rear guard and seal box are equipped with lifting tools for disassembly and assembly (lifting tools must be purchased separately). For the disassembly and assembly method, see the "Mounting Tool Instruction Manual".
(2) Maintenance of cement mortar pump:
1) When replacing the bearing, it is necessary to ensure that the bearing assembly is free of dust and the lubricating oil is clean. When the pump is running, the bearing temperature is generally not more than 60-650C, and the maximum is not more than 750C.
2) To ensure the coaxiality between the motor and the pump, ensure that the elastic pad in the coupling is complete and correct, and replace it in time after damage.
3) Ensure that the pump components and piping systems are installed correctly and securely.
4) The suction pipe system of the pump is not allowed to leak. The inlet grille of the pump should meet the particle requirements that the pump can pass to avoid blockage caused by large granular materials or long fiber materials entering the pump.
5) It is necessary to replace the easy-loss parts in time, the repair and assembly should be correct, the gap adjustment should be reasonable, and there should be no close friction.
6) Bearing water pressure and water quantity should meet the requirements, adjust (or replace) the tightness of the packing at any time, and do not cause the shaft seal to leak. And replace the bushing in time.
