Working Principle
The YB series hydraulic ceramic plunger pump is driven by oil pressure and the plunger is made of highly wear-resistant corrosion-resistant alumina ceramic. The pump body can be turned into cast iron, stainless steel, etc. according to different characteristics of the ceramic industry and the chemical industry.

Features
1. The plunger mud pump can handle abrasive sludge and is ideal for high viscosities.
2. Flow can be from 3-120m3/h, and the pressure of the special pump for the filter press is 0-2Mpa.
3. The unique plunger pumps can be designed and manufactured according to customer needs.
4. The plunger is made of alumina ceramic material, which is wear-resistant, acid-alkali-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
5. The automatic variable hydraulic system can save energy by more than 30% in the pressure stage.

Application of Ceramic Mud Pump
1. Involved industries: environmental water treatment: municipal sewage, paper sludge, glass polishing, steel rolling, electroplating sewage, rinsing sewage, ceramic stone: leather, and other industries sewage treatment, printing, and dyeing sewage and other industries sewage treatment.

Routine Maintenance
1. Hydraulic mud pumps and other mechanical equipment should be inspected and maintained on a scheduled and timely basis to find and address problems ahead of time, in order to avoid an unscheduled shutdown.
3. Advanced anti-wear measures should be adopted to increase the service life of the wearing parts, which can reduce the investment cost of the project, and improve production efficiency. At the same time, wearing parts and other mud pump parts should be repaired rather than replaced when possible.
