How does the Plunger Expansion Hydraulic Rock Splitter work?
Firstly, by drilling holes of specific diameter and depth on the rock,
Then insert the wedge block group (including one middle wedge block and two reverse wedges) into the hole, and use hydraulic pressure to push the middle wedge block forward.
During this process, the reverse wedge blocks are stretched to both sides, and the output ultra-high pressure oil drives the piston of the piston rod to generate a huge driving force, pushing the piston outward and instantly increasing the pressure to over 100Mpa. The effective splitting force of up to thousands of tons has destroyed the structure of the rock from within. Crack the rock in the predetermined direction.
