1. Preparation before starting
(1)Check whether the connection parts are loose and whether there is enough oil in the gearbox.
(2)Check whether the pump, pipe connection is sealed, whether the internal smooth or the existence of dry gravel, dry ash, nails, vegetation, etc., ball valve, rubber hose is damaged.
(3)Check the wire, the fuse is intact, and the motor steering is right (clockwise).
2. The use of mortar pumps
First with a white paste as pipe lubrication, using the pump cylinder pressure transmission, and then drive into the more dilute mortar (consistency of 12 cm or more), and finally increased to the desired consistency, so as not to plug the pipeline, especially for the use of new pipes is more important. 3. Precautions when using mortar pump
(1)When using, we should always pay attention to the work of the pressure gauge, when the working pressure is over, stop working. At this time should immediately open the pressure relief ball valve, so that pressure drops, eliminate the trouble, and then restart and use.
(2)Should always check the connection hose, flange, and asbestos cord, so that the pressure does not occur leakage.
(3)The cement paste should have sufficient fluidity and recommend for use with a fluidity tester. When the water-cement ratio of 0.4-0.45, the flow of 120-170mm, meets the grouting requirements. Cement may not be doped with chloride, sulfide, and nitrate.
(4)Mortar with sand should be screened, the maximum material diameter is not more than 5 mm. When used, should be mixed uniform, with no dry sand, lumps, stones, and other debris (such as nails, vegetation, etc.).
