Details
1. BW150 grouting pump is a horizontal three-cylinder reciprocating single-acting piston pump, which is mainly used for grouting construction of roads, bridges, dams, mines, and high-rise buildings.
2. Eight different working pressures and flow rates can be changed, and it is suitable for conveying flushing fluid (mud, water, saponification fluid) to the borehole in geological core drilling engineering, and diamond drilling with a diameter of fewer than 1500 meters. It can also be used for medium and low pressure, cement slurry injection, The pump consumes less energy, operates flexibly, and is easy to maintain.
Preparations before starting the pump:
After the grouting pump has been out of use or reinstalled for a long time, the following preparations must be carried out before starting:
1. Check whether the lubricating oil of each part is sufficient.
2. Check whether the suction pipe of the water filter is unobstructed.
3. Check whether the movement of each moving part is blocked.
4. Check whether the speed change of each speed change mechanism is accurate and reliable.
5. Check whether the fasteners are loose, especially whether the rubber piston pressing lock nut and the connecting thread between the crosshead and the piston rod are tightened.
6. Check the water absorption height of the pump. In an area within 1000 meters above sea level, the water absorption height of the pump should not exceed 2.5 meters. In the area above 1000 meters above sea level, the suction height of the pump should be reduced according to the degree of local atmospheric pressure reduction.
7. Check the position where the water filter is immersed in the mud pool. Generally, it should be below the mud level of 0.3-0.5 meters, and the water filter should be no less than 0.5 meters away from the bottom of the mud pool.
