Folding fluid selection

Jack oil is a passive oil and is affected by oil pump fluid. It is best to use the No. 10 engine oil and the No. 20 engine oil in the summer. High-quality, low-viscosity mineral oils can also be used.

The fluid is kept clean and must be filtered when the fluid is poured into the pump.

The tubing must be cleaned before connecting the tubing, especially the nozzle part.

Mono strand Jack should be run 3-5 times without loading before use, excluding the air in the cavity.

During the working process of the mono strand Jack, the loading should be steady, and the unloading should be slow to avoid slipping.

After the work is completed, the piston returns in place. Always wipe and keep clean.

The mono strand Jack fails and is repaired by a person with certain expertise or returned to the factory for repairs.

When idle or parked for storage, dust caps should be added to the nozzles to prevent the entry of dirt and corrosion.
