3. Select the right center of gravity for the weight, reasonably choose the point of force of the electric jack, the bottom surface should be flat, and the soft and hard conditions of the bottom surface should be considered, and the tough wood should be placed.
4. After the electric jack lifts the heavy object, it should be supported firmly with a support in time. It is forbidden to use the electric jack as a support.
5. If several jacks are required to be lifted at the same time, in addition to properly placing the ultra-high pressure jacks, a multi-top diverter valve should be used, and the load of each jack should be balanced. Pay attention to maintaining the synchronous lifting speed, and also must consider the uneven weight The ground may be sunken to prevent the lifted object from tilting and causing danger.
6. Avoid severe vibration of the jack during use. Do not exceed the rated stroke during use to avoid damage to the jack.
7. For new and long-lasting hydraulic jacks, because there is more air in the cylinder, the piston may appear a slight jump phenomenon when it is used. The ultra-high pressure jack can be reciprocated 2-3 times without load to eliminate the cavity. The air inside, the long-term vacant jacks, and the service life caused by the seals not working for a long time, so when the ultra-high-pressure jacks are not in use, the ultra-high-pressure jacks are reciprocated 2-3 times a month without load.
