Description:
The huge rock splitter can be mounted from a crane or a normal excavator for open pits or shafts or mounted on a specialized carrier for horizontal tunneling.
After the output pressure of the excavator is increased by the supercharger, the driving oil cylinder generates driving force, and the hydraulic oil is transported to the oil cylinder pipe in the airborne splitting machine through the excavator, and the ultra-huge rock splitter of the splitting machine controlled to push and expand, generate the splitting force on the object.
Application:
1. Removal and partial renovation of reinforced concrete foundations/structures (such as steel furnaces, various heavy equipment, tower cranes, DAMS, hydropower station hydraulic Bridges, etc.)
2. Demolition and alteration of reinforced concrete floors/floors/walls (e.g. airport runways, ancient buildings, highways, bridges, etc.)

Operating Notice:
For your better use of our ultra-large rock splitters quarry to avoid undue failure of the hydraulic splitting machine, please be sure to observe the following when using the splitting machine and strictly observe:
1. After the hole depth reaches the standard, the splitter can be inserted into the hole for division;
(Hole depth requirements: splitter front end of the block length + 900mm or more, for example, split block length 600mm, then you must drill more than 1500mm holes can be used before the split machine)
2. Each splitter splits a certain grease after splitting 3-5 holes to reduce the friction between the wedge and the splitter;
3. Do not use the splitter gun as a crowbar to use.
