Multi Holes Prestressed Round Wedge Anchorage is mainly used for pre-tensioned, post-tensioned construction in prestressed concrete structures and components which is currently China -led prestressing anchorage system. Our round anchorage system including work of anchor plate terminal,work clip,and spiral ribs. YJM 13 serie round anchorage suit for 12.7mm-15.2mm strand and YJM 15 series round anchorage suit for 15.2mm-15.7mm strand.

Notes when using Multi Holes Prestressed Round Wedge Anchorage
1. The tool clip is three pieces, and the working clip is two pieces. The two cannot be mixed.
2. Work anchors cannot be used as tool anchors and cannot be reused;
3. The anchors should be kept properly, and there should be no rust, water and other sundries when used.
4. The working clip can be used by removing the foam in the packing box. However, when the prestressed beam is long and needs to be repeatedly tensioned and anchored, it is recommended to apply a small amount of lubricant (such as anchoring spirit) in the cone hole of the anchor plate. It is conducive to the follow-up and withdrawal of the work clip and it is conducive to the multiple anchoring of the anchor;
5. The outer surface of the tool clip and the inner surface of the anchor plate cone hole are coated with lubricant before use, and the surface debris on the clip is often removed to make the anchor flexible, but when the clip is cracked or the tooth surface is damaged, it needs to be replaced. No longer use
6. There should be safety measures when pulling, and no one can stand after pulling the jack;
7. The anchor system should be used as a complete set and cannot be mixed with other systems.
8. If you want to do a static load test, please clean the clip with an organic solvent (such as gasoline) and wipe clean the anti-rust oil in the anchor plate hole, otherwise it will affect the anchoring performance.
