Operate:
(1) First check whether the rig components are complete, whether the fasteners are loose, whether the various operating mechanisms are flexible, and the leg-type anchor rigs check whether the oil in the oil-filler is sufficient, check whether the seals run or leak, and Keep each control switch off.
(2) Check the integrity of the drilling tool, check whether the drill pipe is bent, and whether the center water hole is blocked or not. If the drill pipe is bent or the center water hole is blocked, it should be treated or replaced; check whether the drill bit is sharp and the alloy piece is missing. Or fall off, the water hole of the drill bit is blocked, and it is replaced if it is unqualified.
(3) Check the integrity of the high-pressure feng shui hose, and find that it is strictly forbidden to use in the case of damage, bulging, aging, etc. Before installing the air inlet and inlet hose, adjust the peripheral pipeline gate valve and the anchor rig feng shui switch to be closed. After cleaning the pipe joints, connect the feng shui hose and check the air supply and water supply system; if the feng shui hose is connected, check whether the feng shui hose connection is secure; each hose must be connected with a special connecting pin or "U" type card. And use 12# wire for secondary protection.
