Operation and maintenance
1. Motor equipment: including the motor, power supply and transmission lines, electric control box inspection, each switch should be in the specified state.
2. lubricating oil: hand oil pump forced refueling several times.
3. Check the hopper for debris and slag.
4. Check the spray hose, nozzle and air duct.
5. Equipment air inspection:
a. Point motor to check the rotation direction (the main motor is positive, the air compressor is reverse);
b. Air compressor, wind pressure, air volume, wind gun adjustment;
c. Check the condition of the instrument, especially whether the voltage meets the design requirements (380v), check the transmission line, line diameter distance and joint connection.
6. The setting of the air flow rate is caused by the loosening of the air pressure switch components during transportation, and the pressure spring should be re-adjusted.
