Operation Guide:
1. Before starting each shift, press the manual oil pump several times to fill the transmission parts with oil.
2. After turning on the power, firstly drive the main motor to check whether the rotation direction of the rubber helix is consistent. If not, replace the phase wire of the power supply (this check must be carried out every time the power is reconnected)
3. Connect the conveying hose and nozzle, add 5L of clean water to the hopper, start the motor to pump out the clean water to wet the hopper, pump the body and conveying hose, pump most of the water and then stop the machine.
4. Add putty or paint into the hopper to start spraying (start the air compressor and open the damper first)
5. It is strictly forbidden to run idling without material and water in the hopper.
6. After the work is completed, the remaining material in the hopper should be drained, and enough water should be poured into the hopper, the hopper should be cleaned, the pump should be turned on, and the hose and nozzle should be cleaned until all the water is pumped out, so as to avoid the remaining material in the hose. Solidification, clogging hoses, and nozzles.
7. If the shutdown time is too long, wipe the cement mortar concrete machine clean, remove the booster screw, oil it, keep it properly, and reinstall it when using it.
