How to use the Grouting Mixer Pump:
When spraying on a dry, water-absorbent, or thickly reinforced wall, the nozzle should be 10-15cm away from the wall and 90 from the wall. The spray moving speed should be slower and the compressed air pressure should be lower. When spraying a wall with damp conditions, poor water absorption, or two-strength reinforcement, the nozzle is 15-30cm away from the wall and at a 900 angle to the wall. The sprayer can move faster and the compressed air volume should be slightly larger. The surface is large, the ash layer is thin, and the mortar is not easy to flow. The inner wall usually survives twice. When spraying for the second time, the spray should be a little farther away from the wall.

Precautions Grouting Mixer Pump:
Before spraying, the sprayed area should be infiltrated with water; when spraying, the nozzle should be as vertical as possible to the sprayed surface (the distance can be adjusted according to the spraying effect) layered and evenly sprayed, and coordinated with the leveling process. If the wall is too dry or the time after spraying is too long, it will seriously affect the leveling effect, and the process must be changed.
Fill the hopper evenly without interruption. When the conveying screw rotates, it is strictly forbidden to stir in the hopper with a stick to prevent injury.
Once the shotcrete delivery pipe is blocked, switch the switch to the manual position, only turn on the compressor, remove the quick connector in front of the pump head, and then block the spray head downwards, and the wind pressure generates reverse pressure to blow the remaining slurry out of the delivery pipe. After installing the quick connector, it starts to work normally.
When spraying hands, wear safety helmets, protective glasses, protective clothing, and other protective equipment.
