Preparation for the procedure:

1. Please read the manual carefully before use, and avoid improper operation, resulting in damage to equipment.

2. Not to let little high-speed stirring or excessive slurry mixing barrel, the total weight of slurry should be controlled between 250 kg to 450 kg (in general, mixing with cement slurry grouting can be a stirring of 150 kg to 250 kg of dry cement, water and additives can be added according to the actual proportion of cases. It is necessary to ensure that the total weight of the slurry does not exceed 350 kg after mixing is completed so that the optimum calculation accuracy of the equipment can be guaranteed.

3. Please ensure the electrical safety of the equipment, please install the user leakage protector and other effective safety measures.

Inspection and maintenance before the operation:

1. Electrical equipment: including the inspection of motors, power supplies, transmission lines, and electric control boxes, and the switches should be in the specified state.

2. Lubricating oil: the hand oil pump is forcibly refueled several times.

3 Check the hopper for debris and slag.

4 Inspection of spray hoses, nozzles, and air ducts.

5 Equipment air inspection

a Jog the motor to check the direction of rotation (clockwise for the main motor, counterclockwise for the air compressor);

b Air compressor, air pressure, air volume, air gun adjustment;

c Check the condition of the instrument, especially whether the voltage meets the design requirements (380v), check the transmission line, wire diameter distance and joint connection, etc.

6. The setting of air pressure and airflow. The pressure spring should be readjusted due to loose air pressure switch parts during transportation.
