Precautions for Use Single strand Stressing Jacks

1. After using the tool anchor cup and tool clip together in the jack for a period of time, if the anchor return is not smooth and the pressure value of the jack's return anchor return is greater than 10Mpa, it is necessary to clean the anchor cup hole and clip with diesel or gasoline, and then apply anchor return spirit to the cone surface.

2. Steps to remove anchor spirit:
① First, unscrew the support sleeve nut or group anchor limit nut and anchor extractor, then unscrew the support sleeve and remove it.
② Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screw.
③ Unscrew the tool anchor cup and remove the tool clip.
④ Apply evenly distributed anchor spirit on the anchor cup hole and clamp cone surface, and then install it back to its original state.
⑤ When installing the support sleeve, it needs to be screwed to the bottom (i.e. tightly attached to the piston step).

3. When using, it is prohibited to stand in front or behind the steel strand to avoid accidents.
