Description
The multi strand post tension anchor head is most used in highway bridges, railway bridges, urban interchanges, urban light rails, high-rise buildings, water conservancy and hydropower dams, ports and docks, rock slope protection and anchoring, foundation reinforcement, tunnel mine roof anchors, prestressed grids, subways, large buildings, Warehouse buildings, tower buildings, heavy lifting, sliding film intermittent propulsion, bridge and tunnel thrusting, large containers and ships, sleepers, replacement of bridge supports, bridge and building reinforcement, steel reinforcement engineering, anti-magnetic and anti-corrosion engineering (fiber anchor ), carbon fiber reinforcement, pre-tensioned beam field construction, external prestressing engineering, stay cables, suspension cables, etc.
Common anchors used for post-tensioning prestressed tendons are as follows:
1) The specific system of heading anchor is to first pass the steel wire through the anchor plate at the fixed end and the round hole in the tensioning anchor cup, and then use the header to upset both ends of the steel wire to achieve the purpose of applying prestress by tensioning the anchor;
2) Side strip anchor is composed of side strip and lining plate. The bar is made of steel bar of the same level as the prestressed bar, and the lining plate is made of ordinary low carbon steel plate. The three bars of the anchor should be evenly arranged at 120º, and welded firmly perpendicular to the lining plate and the prestressed reinforcement. Welt welding should also be carried out before cold drawing of steel bars, and the prestressed tendons should be prevented from burning during welding.
3) Conical screw anchors.

1.Multi Strand Post Tension Anchor-- Multi Strand Flat Anchor
The flat anchor is a type of prestressed anchor used when the vertical space in the prestressed structure system is small (such as the tension and tension of the bridge deck).
The tools are mainly used for lateral prestressing of bridge decks, hollow slabs, and low-height box beams to make the stress distribution more uniform and reasonable, and further reduce the thickness of the structure.
2. Multi Strand Post Tension Anchor--Multi Strand Round Anchor
A conventional cylindrical anchor, which has good anchoring performance and self-anchoring performance. Tensioning generally adopts a through-core jack;
Introduction of post tension anchor:
Multi strands anchor system are composed of anchor block(anchor head), wedges, anchor bearing plate, spiral reinforcing rings. It can used to lock the steel strand wires on/under classes of 2000Mpa standard strength,which is usually in diameters of 12.7mm /12.9mm/15.2mm/15.7mm.
It has been verified by pratice that various type of YM anchor also can be used for the different kinds of strand wires produced according to ASTM/BS/JIS/JIG/AS and other international standards respectively only if its technical parameters shall mary the related detail materials.
