Features

Prestressed Anchorage refers to a permanent anchoring device used in prestressed concrete. It is an anchoring tool in a post-tensioned structure or component to maintain the tension of the prestressed tendon and transmit it to the interior of the concrete. It is also called a prestressed anchor.

Commonly used anchors for post-tensioning prestressed tendons:

1) The specific system of the upsetting anchor is to first pass the steel wire through the fixed-end anchor plate and the round hole in the tension anchor cup, and then use the heading device to head up both ends of the steel wire, and apply to prestress through the tension anchor. ;

2) The gang bar anchor is composed of a gang bar and a lining plate. The help bar adopts the same level of steel bar as the prestressed bar, and the lining plate adopts the steel plate of ordinary low-carbon steel. Evenly arranged, and perpendicular to the lining plate, the prestressed tendons welded firmly. Welding of the bar should also be carried out before the cold drawing of the steel bar, and the prestressed tendon should be prevented from being burned during welding.
