Description of Mono Jack
The Post-Tensioning System Hydraulic Jack lifting technique originates from the concrete post-tensioning principle. A strand jack can be considered a linear winch. In a strand jack, a bundle of steel cables or strands is guided through a hydraulic cylinder; above and below the cylinder are anchor systems with wedges that grip the strand bundle. By stroking the cylinder in and out while the grips are engaged in the anchors, a lifting or lowering movement is achieved.

Features of mono jack
1. It adopts double bearing design, which can withstand large axial thrust;
2. The load-bearing capacity of a single front clamp jack is 200kn (400kgf);
3. The stroke length of the front clip jack can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt;
4. The front clamp jack is easy to install and does not require special tools.
The working principle of the front clamp jack When the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is stretched out, the oil pressure force is transmitted from the oil to the plunger through the oil pipe. When the plunger moves down, it generates a driving force to move the piston rod forward. Since the gap between the plunger and the cylinder is small, the thrust generated is large and stable.
Precautions：
1. When using, the operating procedures must be strictly followed.
2. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the stroke or replace parts without load.
3. After the work is completed, the remaining oil in the pump must be drained.
4. Dry running is not allowed.
5. It is not allowed to start with the load.
6. If abnormal phenomena are found during work, stop the machine immediately for an inspection.
7. It is not allowed to use liquids other than those specified as the working medium
