1. Before connecting the oil pipe, the oil pipe must be cleaned, especially the nozzle part.
2. Before using the jack, it should be run 3-5 times without load to remove the air in the cavity.
3. During the working process of the jack, the loading should be stable and the unloading should be slow to avoid wire slipping.
4. After the work is finished, the piston returns to its position. Wipe it frequently and keep it clean.
5. If the jack fails, it should be repaired by a person with certain professional knowledge, or returned to the factory for repair.
6. When parked idle or in storage, dust caps should be added to the nozzles to prevent dirt and corrosion from entering.
When the jack is tested or loaded, the staff should stand on both sides, and it is forbidden to stand in the direction of the end face, and protective devices should be installed in dangerous areas.
