Through-core jack, mainly used for the overall tension of group anchors(stressing several steel strands at once), it can make significant savings in steel strand.

The working principle of Post Tension Hydraulic Stressing Jack is: when the prestressed tendons are tensioned, the oil nozzle of the tensioning cylinder enters the oil, the oil nozzle of the top pressure cylinder returns oil, the top pressure cylinder, the connecting sleeve and the supporting sleeve are connected together and move right to support the anchor ring; the tensioning cylinder, end The cap nut, the plug and the core sleeve are connected as a whole to drive the tool anchor to move to the left to tension the prestressed tendons;

When the anchor is under pressure, the oil nozzle of the pressure cylinder is filled with oil, the piston and the protective sleeve are kept under the condition of maintaining a stable tension.
