1. Before pre-stressing, the appearance and size of the components and the compactness of the concrete behind the anchor plate should be checked, and the mortar in the tunnel should be cleaned;

2. When the steel strands are bundled, they should be straightened out one by one, bundled into bundles, and must not be disordered. The extruded anchorage or embossed anchorage at the fixed end of the steel strand shall be assembled with the bearing plate and spiral reinforcement in advance;

3. During prestressing, the anchor plate, anchor, and jack should be located on the same axis. When the two ends are tensioned, the two ends should be synchronized during the prestressing process, and the elongation of the two ends should be the same;

4. The compressive strength of concrete meets the design requirements and is not lower than 75% of the design strength grade, prestress can be applied;

5. During the tensioning operation, the two ends of the beam shall be set with steel plates of not less than 4mm as a protective enclosure. At the same time, it is strictly forbidden to stand on the beam ends to prevent safety accidents.
