YGW Series Rebar Spiral-hoops Benders

Rebar spiral-hoops bender is designed for the formation of circles and spirals with boundless maximum diameter. Extremely robust TMT bar Ring and Spiral bending machine produce spirals and rings from 400 to 2750 mm in diameter with rod size 6 to 32mm.PANTECH 4G series Spiral Bending Machines are designed as per to European safety standards. Spiral Bending machine's all rollers and jack screws are electroplated for protection against rust & better magnificentquality.4G series spiral Bending machine, use of customized Europeanplanetary gearbox which is coupled with the motor, eliminates theuse of "V" belts to eliminate the breakdown. We use a customized European planetary gear box which give higher torque and increases productivity. We manufacture sheet metal body parts of these New 4G series machines on CNC punching and bending. We use advanced CNC Laser cutting, CNC turning and VMC formanufacturing parts which are in-house Facilities.
