Description of built-up H-beam:

The cold bending machine is mainly used in tunnels, subways, hydropower stations, and underground caverns. By switching mold can do arched rolling, diameter changes, fixed-angle bending of U-shaped steel, I beam, H beam, Channel steel, Angle steel, Track steel, Square steel, and Steel pipe or bar.

CNC hydraulic arch bending machine system: the use of a hydraulic system, with a smooth transmission, pressure, and other characteristics. Mainly used in tunnels, subways, hydropower stations, underground holes, and other I-beam, channel bending.

Three steel plates are assembled into one H-beam. Following measurement and calibration, the points are welded together, after which a latent welding machine is used to complete the welding. Finally, a three-point roller force method is used to straighten the wings and to rectify welding beads. This is followed by a heat shaping process and various inspections of product quality prior to completion of the production process.
