Applications Of Cement mixers:

Operation of Cement mixers:
Close the valve. Add the water into the groutmaking tank and start the tank. The watershould flow violently, then,add the cement in a certain ratio. Cement and water is compounded quickly. Stop the motor until the grout is compounded well (about 3 minutes).
After the grout is compounded well, start the store tank.Turn the valve handle to openthe valve, the grout is discharged into the store tank. After discharging, close the valve.
Open the discharge valve of the store tank and start the grouting pump to do the grouting work.
Repeat 1 and 2.
Clean the grout-making tank and store tank in time after the work finish
