Working principle of cleaning solar photovoltaic panels
The robot moves on the solar photovoltaic panel via its walking mechanism. When it commences operation, the water spray device initially sprays water or cleaning liquid uniformly across the surface of the photovoltaic panel, moistening and softening the dust and dirt.
Subsequently, the cleaning brush within the cleaning assembly is propelled by the power system to scrub the photovoltaic panel's surface, effectively removing the dust and dirt adhering to it.
During the cleaning process, the control system dynamically adjusts parameters such as the robot's walking speed and cleaning force in real - time, based on either a preset program or the operator's commands. This ensures both the cleaning effect and efficiency are optimized.
