Description of Shuttle-type photovoltaic cleaning robot
Shuttle-type photovoltaic cleaning robot is an intelligent cleaning robot, mainly aimed at cleaning components of large and medium-sized photovoltaic power stations. It is mainly composed of cleaning robots and shuttle vehicles.
The robot has two control modes: automatic and manual. The manual mode supports remote control. It adopts waterless cleaning technology and relies on high-speed rotation of roller brushes to complete cleaning, which is suitable for cleaning most pollutants.
The robot can work alone or collaboratively over a 4G network. Managers can remotely command and control multiple robots through the software, and the robot's working conditions and fault conditions can also be transmitted back to managers through the wireless network to facilitate remote management and control.

Working Principle of Shuttle-type Photovoltaic Cleaning Robot
Compared to traditional manual cleaning methods, using this product can significantly reduce labor intensity, decrease personnel costs, increase the power generation per unit area, and enhance the economic benefits of photovoltaic power stations. It represents an effective approach to the intelligent operation and maintenance management of photovoltaic power plants.

Not in operation
During idle periods, the robot waits at a parking spot. Upon receiving either automatic or manual system commands, the cleaning robot activates, departs from its parking spot, and moves to the starting position of the photovoltaic panels. The robot then proceeds to the other end of the panels to perform the cleaning operation.

In progress
Once the robot reaches the end of the photovoltaic panels, it returns to the starting end and goes back to the parking spot. The machine then automatically moves to the next photovoltaic array. This process is repeated accordingly.

Work stopped
After all connected photovoltaic arrays in the track of the docking vehicle are cleaned, or if a stop command is received midway, the system automatically shuts down.

Automated operation
The docking vehicle relies on body sensors to identify markers in the lane, enabling unmanned transfer.
