Working process of thread rolling machine
1. Debug the machine tool, turn on the power supply as required, add coolant to the coolant tank, and then start the thread rolling machine for the trial operation to see if the cooling system and control system is working normally.
2. According to the diameter of the steel bar that needs to be rolled, install the corresponding thread rolling wheel and replace the corresponding washer at the same time to ensure the accuracy of the thread pitch.
3. Clamp the steel bar, install the steel bar to be rolled on the centering jaw, align the protruding length with the end face of the rolling head stripping blade at the starting position, and clamp the steel bar.
4. Start the thread rolling machine, turn the moving handle, turn forward to start stripping ribs, continue to feed and roll threads, press the reverse start button after thread rolling, and automatically retract the knife.
After the work is over, clean the machine tool to keep it clean and dry, and regularly perform maintenance such as lubricating oil replacement and tool wear on the thread rolling machine.
