A Chimkent economic and trade delegation recently visited China and held an economic and trade forum in Xi'an with the support of the Consulate General of Kazakhstan in Xi'an.
out 20 companies in Chimkent held B2B meetings with more than 30 Chinese company representatives, covering the fields of medical care, IT, electrical equipment production, building materials, metallurgy, food and agricultural products, education, and catering. Chimkent is the third most populous city and the first largest city in terms of area in Kazakhstan. It is an important transportation hub in the country and the national industrial potential is concentrated here. The Chimkent Municipal Government will provide all necessary support to investors.
At the meeting, Chinese company representatives expressed interest in cooperation in the fields of food production, logistics, engineering, medical care and medicine. Chimkent companies emphasized the potential for cooperation in the fields of metallurgy, logistics, pulp and paper, food industry, engineering, etc. Shaanxi Zhongtuo Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. held talks with representatives and set strategic goals for the cooperation between the two parties.
