The mud pump refers to the machine that transports a mud pump or water-flushing fluid into the borehole during the drilling process. The pump has two kinds of cylinder bores and four speeds. The pump is a horizontal three-cylinder single-acting piston pump. In normal positive circulation drilling, it is the surface flushing of medium-clear water, mud, or polymer flushing liquid under a certain pressure, through a high-pressure hose, faucet, and drill pipe. The center hole of the column is sent straight to the bottom end of the drill bit to cool the drill bit, and the cut stone chips are removed and transported to the surface.

Working Process of BW Mud Pump
1. Inhalation process
When working, the power machine drives the main shaft and the crank fixed on it to rotate through transmission components such as belts, transmission shafts, and gears. When the crank rotates counterclockwise from left to right from the horizontal position, the piston moves to the 2. power end, the pressure in the liquid cylinder gradually decreases and a vacuum is formed. , until the piston moves to the right dead center.
2. Discharge process
After the crank completes the above-mentioned suction process, it continues to rotate in the counterclockwise direction. At this time, the piston starts to move to the hydraulic end, and the liquid in the cylinder is squeezed. The pressure rises, the suction valve is closed, the discharge valve is pushed open, and the liquid enters the discharge pipe until the piston moves to the left dead center.
