1. Installation
(1) Place the YB hydraulic high-pressure plunger pump on the concrete foundation, correct the level, and fix it with anchor bolts, subject to the fact that the pump does not shake during normal operation. In order to facilitate the replacement of hydraulic oil and flushing pipelines, the foundation should be 10cm above the ground with a drainage ditch around it. Refer to the installation basic diagram.
(2) Clean the end face of the flange of the net inlet and outlet, seal the "O" ring with grease and seal the groove, and tighten it. Note: In and out direction (low in and high out).
(3) Install damping joints on the flanges of the slurry inlet and outlet pipes, rationally arrange the slurry inlet and outlet pipes and clean the water pipes, and the cooling water pipes.

2. Use
Note: When in use YB hydraulic high-pressure plunger pump, the solid particles in the conveying medium shall not be larger than 2mm, and the pressure fluctuation shall be less than or equal to 0.2MPa.
(1) Preparation work:
① Check the tightness of each part.
②Check the YB hydraulic high-pressure plunger pump oil level of the fuel tank, and the level gauge shall be at 2/3. Use N46 high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil in summer and N32 high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil in winter.
③Check the pressure gauge range, 0-25MPa shock-proof pressure gauge for the hydraulic station, 0-6MPa shock-proof pressure gauge for a pressure tank.
④Add lubricating oil to the lubricating nozzle of the sliding parts, one extra time per shift.
⑤Check the cooler and plunger cooling water connection pipe, the cooling water should be clean tap water, adjust the plunger cooling water to an appropriate amount; the water inlet and outlet of the cooler are connected with hoses to ensure sufficient water to reduce the oil temperature in order to clean up the drainage. Drain the water in the cooler in winter.
⑥Check the switch of the slurry valve.
⑦After confirming that enough hydraulic oil is added, check whether the rotation of the motor is consistent with the mark (usually clockwise).
