When using the YT28 rock drill, pay attention to the following items:
1. The YT28 JACKLEG DRILL has anti-rust oil when it leaves the factory, it should be disassembled and cleaned before use, and then the mating surface should be coated with lubricating oil when re-assembling, and a small car should be used for trial operation.
2. Note: When connecting the air and water pipes, the debris in the pipes must be blown out to avoid entering the machine body and affecting the normal operation of the machine. When drilling rock, keep the water pressure 0.1-0.15MPA lower than the air pressure. So as not to allow the flushing water to enter the body, affect lubrication, and bring in debris.
3. Before ventilating and watering, carefully check whether each connection part is safe and reliable to avoid loosening and hurting people.
4. Be sure to fill the lubricator with oil before starting the machine, and work without lubrication is strictly prohibited.
5. When using on site containing super gas, lubricating oil with low ignition point and easy to ignite cannot be used, and the machine is not allowed to run dry to prevent explosion accidents.
6. Adjust the oil valve of YT28 air leg rock drill, it is advisable to add oil every hour.
7. When working, pay special attention to the sudden breaking of the drill rod. Take care to prevent being pinched between the rock drill and the air leg.
8. When the machine is finished, the water source should be turned off first, and then run for a while to remove the water in the machine to prevent rust.
9. The machine in continuous use should be maintained regularly, clean up the stolen goods in the machine, replace damaged parts, and clean up hidden troubles.
10. If the used Pneumatic YT28 rock drill machine is stored for a long time, it must be disassembled, washed, oiled, and placed in a cool and dry place.
11. The air leg and the oiler are controlled by safety standards. The user should select the above-mentioned parts (components) of our company to match the host.
12. Pneumatic rock drills will produce noise, vibration and dust when they work. Operators should pay attention to protection and wear noise-absorbing earmuffs.
13. If there is a crack in the oil injector shell, please replace it in time.
14. When used in coal mines or in places containing gas, the outer tube of the air leg is strictly forbidden to hit violently to prevent sparks and explosions!
