1.What is hydraulic pile breaker?
Hydraulically driven automatic pile cutter is composed of a number of hydraulic modules through the combination of pin shaft connection, and uses the power of the excavator (or the power of the hydraulic station) to provide pressure to the pile cutting oil cylinder, so that the oil cylinder directly drives the drill rod, while the pile body is squeezed to cut off the pile head.
The structure of the equipment is modular, the installation is simple, and the number of modules can be equipped according to the pile diameter. Construction process full hydraulic drive, low noise, does not affect the quality of pile; It can be operated by excavator driver, without direct contact with broken pile, safe construction. The equipment has the advantages of simple operation and low cost, and is suitable for cast-in-place pile and precast pile with diameter range of 600mm~2500mm.
2. Use procedure
Construction process: hydraulic module assembly → power system connection → broken pile → repeated broken pile → broken pile cleaning → manual repair chisel.
(1) Hydraulic module assembly: Assemble the corresponding number of hydraulic modules according to the diameter of pile head on site; (2) Power system connection: The installed hydraulic pile cutter is suspended at the front end of the excavator (or the front end of the crane), and connected to the excavator hydraulic system (or external hydraulic station) through the hydraulic pipe.
(3) Broken pile: the hydraulic pile cutter is set on the pile head that needs to be broken, and the power of the excavator (or hydraulic station) is used to break the pile;
(4) Repeated pile breaking: Move the hydraulic pile cutter down 300mm~500mm, continue to break the pile, and repeat the action until the pile head is broken;
(5) Broken pile cleaning: clean up the broken pile;
(6) Manual chisel: manual chisel to the design elevation.
How does a hydraulic concrete breaker work?
A hydraulic concrete breaker, also known as a hydraulic hammer or rock breaker, is a powerful demolition instrument that breaks down concrete, rock, and other hard materials. This is how it works.
The hydraulic concrete breaker is driven by a hydraulic system that is usually attached to the base machine (such as an excavator or skid steer loader). The hydraulic system generates the necessary pressure and flow of hydraulic fluid to power the breaker.
The hydraulic breaker contains a powerful impact mechanism that includes a piston, valve system, and working tool (chisel or point). When hydraulic pressure is applied, the piston is forced to travel back and forth quickly.
Impact Energy: As the piston swings back and forth, it strikes the working tool at the end of the breaker with great force. This impact energy is transferred to the concrete or rock surface, causing it to crack and disintegrate.
Breaking Concrete: The operator sets the hydraulic breaker's working tool against the concrete surface to be demolished. When the hydraulic breaker is actuated, the tool's repeated hits fracture the concrete into smaller pieces that may be easily removed.
Control and operation: The hydraulic concrete breaker is controlled by the operator using the controls in the base machine's cab. They may change the frequency and force of the hits based on the substance being demolished and the working conditions.
