With the development of society and economy, there are more and more large and super-large buildings, so the requirements for building foundation are becoming higher and higher, and the application of pile foundation is becoming more and more extensive. Especially soft ground, some buildings of two floors and above require the use of pile foundation. Pile foundation is mainly divided into cast-in-place pile and precast pile.
Cast-in-place pile: a pile formed by mechanical or manual digging of holes directly on the pile position, placing steel bars and pouring concrete in the holes. According to the method of making holes, the pile can be divided into bored pile, sunk pipe pile, dry drilling pile, manual digging pile and so on. Compared with precast pile, cast-in pile has the characteristics of not being restricted by stratum change, not requiring pile connecting and cutting, strong adaptability, relatively stable force, compression and pull resistance, low vibration and noise. Because it does not have the negative effect of soil squeezing, but also has the ability to pass through various hard interlayers, rock socking and entering various hard bearing layers, the geometric size of pile and the bearing capacity of single pile have large adjustable space. Therefore, the use of drilling and digging pile is large, especially for high-weight buildings.
At present, pile cutting machine, air pick, hydraulic pick, crushing hammer, pile cutting machine and so on are used more in the industry. Air pick, hydraulic pick, crushing hammer, pile cutting machine through the impact of external force to destroy the pile concrete, easy to affect the mother pile, and construction efficiency is low, high cost, loud noise, artificial construction of environmental hazards complex, high safety risk. The pile cutter will not only greatly increase the speed of pile cutting, but also avoid these risks.
Pile cutting machine is generally divided into fixed pile cutting machine and modular pile cutting machine, through the power source to its multiple cylinders at the same time to provide high pressure hydraulic oil, the cylinder directly drive the drill rod, while squeezing the pile body, using the special shape of the drill rod head, the concrete is broken, retain the steel bar.
A project uses 500*500mm cast-in-place pile as the pile foundation. After the elevation of pile sinking, the height of pile cutting should be about 1.2 meters. The construction period given by Party A is shorter. Due to the slow speed of manual pile breaking, in order to catch up with the construction period, it was decided to use Beiyi mechanical fixed pile cutter to break the pile head. The power source adopts excavator power, and the equipment is moved by excavator.
Use the excavator to lift the pile cutter, and take it as a moving vehicle. The construction personnel will direct the pile breaker into the pile body and cut it at the elevation line. After one pile is cut, transfer the pile cutter to the next pile and repeat the previous step. After the cut off, a construction worker will use a tool to smooth the surface of the elevation line pile.
