1) Installation of prestressed pipes and anchor pads
The longitudinal prestressed pipe of this project adopts D90 plastic corrugated pipe, and the corrugated pipe is installed after the steel frame is installed and formed. Pay attention to the accurate positioning of the corrugated pipe during construction. P anchor extrusion machine.
2) Cutting of steel strand
In this project, the top surface of the box beam or the support platform has been cast as the strand cutting site, and the 10×250px wooden square support pad is used for overhead treatment, and the grinding wheel saw is used to cut the material one by one.
3) P anchor extrusion
This project adopts single-end tensioning method for construction, and the anchor end of the prestressed tendon is fixed by p anchor.
To ensure the construction quality of P anchors, vernier calipers are used for size matching inspection when the raw materials enter the site.
4) P anchor extrusion construction

After the P anchor extrusion is completed, fix the anchor end anchor plate according to the designated position of the design drawing.
Then pull the steel strands one by one to make the P anchor close to the anchor plate.
6) Install as anchor ring
After the concrete pouring is completed and the curing is completed, the anchor ring installation will be started.P anchor extrusion machine.
7) Jack and tool anchor ring installation Jack and tool anchor ring installation
After the jack is completed and the concrete reaches the design strength, the jack is installed and ready for tension construction.
Inspection items before pre-tensioning
8) Prestressed tension
After the site is ready and approved by the supervising engineer, the pre-tensioning construction will begin.
9) Seal anchor
After the pre-stress construction, the ends of the transverse beams are sealed and anchored.
