7. When bending high-hardness or low-alloy steel bars, the maximum limit diameter should be changed according to the regulations on the mechanical nameplate, and the corresponding mandrel should be changed.
8. It is strictly forbidden to stand on one side of the fuselage without a fixed side within the working radius of the bent steel bar. The bent semi-finished products should be stacked neatly, and the hooks must not face upwards.
9. When the turntable changes direction, it must be carried out after a complete stop.
10. After the operation, clean up the site, maintain the machine, and lock the box when the power is off.
Safety requirements for mechanical bending and forming
1. Before the formal operation of the machine, all parts of the device should be inspected, and the no-load trial operation can be carried out before the proper procedure.
2. Concentrate on the operation, and be familiar with the direction of the work circle. The steel bars should be placed in accordance with the rotation direction of the block frame and the work plate, and cannot be placed in reverse.
3. When operating, the steel bar must be placed in the middle and lower part of the plug. It is strictly forbidden to bend the steel bar with a super-sectional size. The direction of rotation must be accurate, and the distance between the hand and the plug must not be less than 200mm.
4. During the operation of the machine, it is not allowed to refuel and clean, and it is strictly forbidden to replace the mandrel and pin, and change the angle.
