①When using metal concrete grinding discs to rough ground the floor: select suitable concrete metal sheets (30# 60# 120#) according to the flatness and sanding conditions of the floor
②When using a resin concrete grinder for fine grinding and rough grinding of the floor: select appropriate concrete resin grinding and polishing discs (50# 100# 200# 400# 800# 3000# 6000# 10000#) according to engineering requirements

Detailed operation steps for specific use:
1. According to the construction process, select the appropriate grinding disc and install it.
2. Step on the extended lever with left or right foot, and one person can easily pry the 270kg machine, and gently level the Qifeng floor grinder;
3. Adjust the operating handle to a suitable position;
4. Fill the water tank with an appropriate amount of clean water. If you choose dry milling, you don't need to drain water, and install an ash suction device;
5. Install a protective cover;
6. Check that the machine switch must be in the "off" position, connect the power cord correctly, insert the plug into the socket of the fuselage, and the red indicator light will light up after the power is turned on;

7.Turn on the water switch, put some water in an appropriate amount, and start the grinder after about 5 seconds (forward/reverse switch, note that when starting, the speed control knob switch should not be lower than 3 gears, and it can be adjusted at will after starting), and then Use the "#" font to polish as a whole (up, down, left, and right) to ensure the overall flatness and avoid refraction, while polishing and checking until it is leveled;
8. When wet grinding, use a water suction machine to suck up the sewage, and when dry grinding, use a vacuum cleaner to clean the ground dust. Check the leveling of the floor;
9. Replace the floor grinding discs, and polish them as a whole (up, down, left, and right) in the shape of "#". Each time of grinding and the previous grinding are about 20cm away from each other, and the grinding cannot be skipped
