During the mortar spraying construction process, it is necessary to arrange full-time personnel to cooperate with the spray gun operator to drag the slurry pipeline to avoid bending, coiling and compression of the pipeline.
At the same time, check whether the pipeline connection is firm at any time to avoid injury due to loose connection and slippage. Frequently observe the rise and fall of the delivery pump pressure. When the maximum allowable pressure value is exceeded, immediately stop the pressure and carry out maintenance to avoid safety accidents due to overloading. The cement mortar sparying machine's delivery pump and pipeline cleaning should be carried out after the pressure is released.
