How Rebar Straightening Machines Work
The structure of the steel bar straightening machine is to adjust the angle of the straight wire die by rotating the high-speed rotor to achieve the effect of straightening, and then the wire is pulled forward by the threading wheel. After reaching the required size, the wire touches the positioning key and advances the runway by 5 mm, the upper punch presses the vertical wire cutter and cuts off immediately, the wire passes through the pressure plate on the vertical wire cutter to press the open bearing, and the wire automatically falls to Holder, if you want to change the length, just move the positioning key.
Working Principle
Firstly, the motor is driven by the belt to increase the speed, so that the straightening cylinder rotates at a high speed, the steel bar passing through the straightening cylinder is straightened, and the scale on the surface of the steel bar is removed by the straightening die;
The motor passes through another pair of reduction belts and a gear reduction box. On the one hand, it drives two conveying pressure rollers to pull the steel bars forward, and on the other hand, it drives the crank wheel to make the hammer head move up and down.
When the steel bar is adjusted to the predetermined length, the hammer hits the upper knife rest to cut the steel bar, and when the cut steel bar falls into the receiving rack, the knife table returns to its original position due to the action of the spring, completing a cycle.

Installation attention
(1) The installation site has a solid and solid drainage system, and a reliable equipment foundation has been established.
(2) A warning zone and warning signs should be set up around the steel bar straightening machine processing site, and safety protection fences should be set up.
(3) Safety guardrails and anti-smashing sheds should be set up outdoors and within the radius of rotation of the tower crane. Safe and standardized electricity use should be equipped with zero-connection, grounding, and leakage protection devices.
(4) Operators should be trained in safe operation skills, and they can take up their posts only after they are qualified.
After installation, check whether the electrical system and other components are damaged, whether the connecting parts of the machine are firm and reliable, and whether the transmission parts are flexible. After confirming that all parts are normal, the test run can be carried out. During the test run, the bearing temperature should be checked to see whether the workpieces such as the hammerhead, cutter, and shearing gear are normal. Feed, test, straighten and cut off only after confirming that there is no abnormality.
