Do you know the design principle of the breaker?

In the past, people crushed stones by hand to fix the chisel, touch the tip of the chisel to the stone, and then use a hammer to hit the other end of the chisel to achieve the purpose of breaking the stone through the transmission of energy. According to this principle, the breaker is gradually developed, and its working principle is similar to that of a hammer smashing chisel and a chisel to break the stone. As shown in the figure below: the piston of the breaker is equivalent to a hammer. The bushing in the breaker is equivalent to the function of fixing the drill rod by the palm. The drill rod is equivalent to a chisel and crushes the stone under the impact of the piston.

Rock breaker

(1) At the beginning, the valve is at the lower part, and the upper piston chamber is connected to the oil return line. The oil pump supplies high pressure oil into the lower chamber of the piston to push the piston up; the low pressure oil in the upper chamber of the piston flows back into the cylinder.

(2) During the upward movement of the piston, the pilot line of the valve is connected to the high pressure oil line, and the two distribution chambers are all connected to the high pressure line, and both of the distribution chambers are connected to the high pressure line. As the lower distribution chamber is larger, the valve begins to move upwards, counteracting the movement of the piston;

(3) The piston is located at the high position of the zui, and the upward movement of the valve is such that the upper piston chamber is connected to the high pressure line.

(4) Both piston chambers are connected to the high pressure pipeline, but since the upper piston chamber is larger, the piston begins to move downward.

(5) During the downward movement of the piston, the groove in the piston connects the valve chamber to the return line.

(6) The valve begins to move downward to counteract the movement of the piston.

(7) With the movement of the valve, it reaches the low position of zui, the piston is in contact with the steel brazing, and the kinetic energy generated by the downward movement of the piston will strike the steel to the ground.

During the movement, nitrogen provides approximately 70%-80% of the impact force, and hydraulic pressure produces approximately 20%-30% of the impact force. Overall simple oil circuit diagram
