Ⅰ.Drilling operations of Hydraulic Portable Roof Bolter:
If the drilling is deeper and needs to be completed more than twice, two types of drill rods should be used in accordance with the process procedure. First use the initial drill rod to drill the start hole, and then use the completed drill hole for deep hole drilling.
1. No-load test
1.1 Start the pump station motor: each operating handle on the main engine is placed in the non-working position, at this time the indicated pressure of the pressure gauge on the pump station should not be greater than 2Mpa, the oil temperature of the fuel tank is above 200, and the liquid level is in the upper middle of the oil standard.
1.2 Outrigger dry running: slowly turn the outrigger control handle to the up position, the outriggers at all levels should extend smoothly. Turn to the lowered position, the oil cylinders at all levels should retract smoothly.
1.3 Motor dry running: Depress the slewing motor to control the trigger. The main shaft of the drilling rig should have a controlled operation from slow to fast, and the outrigger control handle should be rotated at the same time. The combined actions of the two should not interfere with each other and operate flexibly.
2. Fixed hole position: After the no-load test is normal, insert the hexagonal drill pipe into the hexagonal hole of the drill pipe joint, and slowly press down the motor controlled trigger to allow the drill pipe to rotate slowly (or do not perform this operation and let the drill pipe withstand first (Top plate), the control handle of the propulsion mechanism rotates a small angle, the outrigger rises slowly, so that the drill bit is in contact with the top plate, the motor trigger is pressed down, and the hole is drilled after about 20mm.
3. Drilling by Hydraulic Portable Roof Bolter: After setting the hole position, turn on the water valve switch and the rotary motor rotates at full speed. According to the hardness of the rock, adjust the rotation angle of the control handle of the propulsion mechanism to achieve the best match between the propulsion speed and the rotation torque to achieve efficient drilling.
4. Connecting the drill pipe: After the first drill pipe is finished, close the water valve. When the drill pipe is rotating, turn the control handle of the propulsion mechanism to the opposite direction, the outrigger will fall, and the drill pipe will be pulled out from the hole to complete the drill pipe insertion hole Continue to drill inside.
5. Flush the hole: After the drilling reaches the specified depth, while keeping the drill pipe rotating and the water supply uninterrupted, make the outriggers fall slowly to flush out the remaining rock dust in the hole.
6. Water supply: The flushing water pressure during drilling should be between (0.6∽1.2) Mpa, and the water quality should be free of sediment.
Ⅱ. Install the anchor:
1. After the drilling is completed by the Hydraulic Portable Roof Bolter, take out the drill pipe and insert the anchor injection device into the drill pipe joint.
2. Screw the lock nut into the anchor rod to be installed and insert it into the anchor injection device, put the resin roll into the hole, and use the anchor bolt machine to send the resin roll and anchor rod into the bottom of the hole. Rotate for a few seconds until the rotation resistance increases, then stop the rotation, and maintain a certain thrust until the drug roll is firmly condensed.
3. Remove the nut screwed on the bolter and put it into the backing plate, screw the nut back in, and finally pre-tighten it with the bolter.
