The bridge pier itself is used as support to build a bracket on the cover beam, which is designed as a "saddle bracket", and a jack is placed to lift the beam body.

Sleepers are arranged on the ground, and on the basis of sleepers, full or partial wooden supports are arranged to the bridge beam body, and the top lifting beam body is arranged on the support.
Support replacement process:
Scaffolding setting → leveling concrete foundation surface of pier top surface → installation of jacking equipment → debugging of jacking equipment → trial jacking → formal jacking → removal of bearing → leveling treatment of cushion stone top surface and beam bottom → installation of new bearing → beam falling → electric bus ballast path → bearing and cushion stone appearance treatment → site cleaning
Analysis of symptoms and causes of bearing disease
1, bearing void: bearing pad stone and beam bottom steel plate uneven.
2. Abnormal bearing deformation: mostly because the beam is not smooth enough, the bearing has large initial shear deformation.
3. The support cannot slide normally: there is a large amount of concrete garbage falling on the top of the pier, so that without rust of steel plate, Chu will have greater friction resistance.
4, bearing cracking: construction factors, bearing quality problems, the influence of overloaded vehicles, the influence of bearing pad stone and other factors.
